 At Blue Note Title, Inc., an attorney will oversee and review your file from start to finish, but unlike other attorneys, we do not track our time in 6-minute intervals.   The measure of our work is not in the minutes billed, but in the relationships we build with our customers.

 Blue Note Title, Inc. operates throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia, with corporate headquarters in downtown Takoma Park, Maryland. 

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Attorney Jessica Chipoco founded Blue Note Title, Inc. and has worked in the title industry of the DC/MD/VA area for almost two decades.   Conducting thousands of settlements in all three jurisdictions gives Jessica a unique perspective in the various nuances and quirks of each state’s property laws and county rules.  Prior to her practice in real estate and title matters, Jessica was an Assistant State’s Attorney with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County, Maryland. 

Jessica prides herself on educating customers through their transactions to become more knowledgeable about the home buying/refinancing experience.  Jessica has developed and taught courses to real estate professionals on subjects including Fair Housing, Contracts, Legislative Updates, Ethics, and Agency.
