In March 2020, we put in place several health and safety protocols to address concerns of in-person closing during the pandemic. Our primary concern is always the health and safety of our customers, partners, and staff.

Our preferred method of closing is REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON) via Qualia— a closing method that occurs completely electronically with a secured identity verification process. For now, that option is mostly available to sellers and cash buyers due to lending requirements.

OTHER OPTIONS. For customers who prefer or are required to sign in person, our closing options are:

• IN PERSON. We have adopted the following safety measures in our offices.

  • Air purifiers with HEPA H13 filtration running at all times

  • We ask that guests who have symptoms of COVID-19/Influzena/RSV or have been exposed to these wear a mask to their appointment

  • At this time, we are splitting up buyer and seller side closings to reduce the number of individuals congregated at one time

• CURBSIDE/OUTSIDE. This option would allow you to come to our office and sign the documents in your vehicle and completely contact-free. We also have tables outside where we can conduct closing with you if you prefer the open-air experience.

• MOBILE (YOUR PLACE). Subject to availability, we can send a settlement agent to your home or office to conduct closing. Mobile settlement agents are independent contractors and not employees of Blue Note Title. Additional fee may apply.
